These Terms of Use are effective on 11/05/19 for BTCsurveys.com (BTCsurveys).
By engaging with and utilizing the BTCsurveys website or any applications (including future mobile applications) created by BTCsurveys (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). The Platform is operated and owned by Belacam, Inc ("Belacam"). These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not engage with the Platform.
Ineligible accounts may not withdraw any Bitcoin earned because that Bitcoin was earned while violating our site rules. The three main rules are that you must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, you may not use VPNs or other anonymous proxy tools to access the site, and you may not create or use more than one account.
You agree that you will not manipulate, exchange, or license your account rights or username. This excludes individuals or organizations that are explicitly permitted to create accounts for their clients. Aside from this, you agree that you will not create an account for any individual other than yourself or impersonate another individual via an account. You maintain that all information provided to BTCsurveys upon account creation and at all times will be accurate and current. You agree to refrain from falsifying information in an attempt to obscure the identity of your account. You are responsible for privacy and security of your password. Do not tell others your login credentials. BTCsurveys is not liable for any damages related to or stemming from a breach in account security. You are prohibited from using use domain names or web URLs in/as your username without prior confirmed written consent from BTCsurveys. You must not use an automated device (e.g. bot, script, etc.) or other unauthorized means to create accounts with the Platform. If you the individual, a human being who matches your given identification, does not create the account, it is considered spam. BTCsurveys administration may reclaim any username for any reason without explanation.
BTCsurveys is open to users from accounts where we currently have surveys available. A map of these countries can be found on the registration page.
We reserve the right to delete accounts at any time. If your account is deleted, all data associated with the account is purged and lost from our records. Accounts may be deleted, the balance in the account may be lost, and previously pending withdrawals may not be processed if we suspect your account is ineligible or engaging in survey fraud. If we receive large or frequent chargebacks to your account (when we don't get paid by our survey partners because their system detected some survey fraud on your account), your account may be deleted. If you provide a false, made-up, or unreachable email address or phone number, your account will be deleted, and balances and withdrawals will be lost.
You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Platform, as well as your conduct on our survey partner websites. A survey partner website is one that BTCsurveys links to in a new tab or window. You agree to answer surveys truthfully and genuinely. You agree that you will not mine, phish, solicit or otherwise obtain/use the login credentials and other account information of other BTCsurveys users. You must not degrade, harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, spam (submit/conduct unwanted interaction or content) or intimidate people or other entities through any means granted within the Platform. You are prohibited from using the Platform for any illegal goals or intentions. You agree to comply with all policy and regulations (for example, federal, provincial, local) applicable to your use of the Platform and your Content. You must not attempt to change, modify, adapt, attack, hack, spam or otherwise alter the Platform by use of means including but not limited to DDOS attack, transmission of spyware, malware, worms, viruses, and all other forms of malicious activity available to disrupt the stability of the Platform. If you do participate in any of the above operations or any other kind of hacking/injecting, you will be prosecuted to the full extent under the law. You agree to refrain from changing or founding another website so as to impersonate BTCsurveys. You agree to first consult BTCsurveys support for any questions or concerns pertaining to your account. Violation of these Terms of Use can promote limitation, suspension, or termination of your BTCsurveys account by our administration team and loss of unwithdrawn Bitcoin that your account earned while committing acts in violation of our terms. Any creation of legal risk for BTCsurveys such as a violation of any clause of the Terms of Use or any other legal controversy may result in termination of an account. If your account on the Platform is suspended or terminated, all rights granted to you in these Terms of Use become void. You are no longer a user of BTCsurveys and are therefore no longer subject to any of its Terms of Use or Rights.
For completing certain surveys, you will be rewarded with Bitcoin credited to their account. Our company receives income when you complete surveys for our survey partners. Occasionally, our survey partners detect fraud in a survey completed by one of our users and reverses the money paid to our company. If you commit fraud that results in our company having to pay back earnings to our survey partners, an equal amount of earnings previously credited to your account will be removed from your account. Fraud can take the form of creating multiple accounts to take the same survey repeatedly or providing false answers. Fraud can manifest itself in other actions not described here.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Platform or your account within the Platform at any time without notice or liability to the user. If your BTCsurveys account is terminated or you deactivate your account, all content and data including username, past withdrawals, balance, and other data will no longer be stored. BTCsurveys administrators reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time according to need. You agree that we may notify you of an update to the Terms of Use, often through a message within the Platform. If we do not require a user review of the terms of use, your interaction with the platform after the effective date of the update confirms your compliance to the alterations of the policy. It is important that you thoroughly review these Terms of Use and any Updated Terms before interacting with the Platform. You agree that the platform is not responsible for any data charges you will incur through use of the Platform. BTCsurveys strictly prohibits phishing, scraping or otherwise accessing any content on the Platform via automated means. The only exception for this clause will be data extraction as the result of analytics methods or technologies used by a search engine.
When withdrawing Bitcoin, please allow the BTCsurveys team 48 hours to verify and process your withdrawal. We often manually verify withdrawals to make sure that there are no errors or withdrawal hacks that could drain users’ funds, and this added security takes some extra time. Only supply us with a valid Bitcoin address. Once we process and send your Bitcoin from your withdrawal, we cannot reverse the transaction. We rely on you to provide accurate information regarding your withdrawal address. When you submit your withdrawal, you agree to the withdrawal fee that helps cover the Bitcoin transaction fee and other costs incurred in our withdrawal system.
You hereby comply that BTCsurveys may place advertising and promotions on the Service or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content and data garnered by BTCsurveys data extraction. The extent and methodology of BTCsurveys advertisements may or may not change without notice to users.
You agree that the risk and liability of using BTCsurveys rests on the user alone. In coordination with the General Terms, you agree that your conduct on the Platform is fully legal in the jurisdiction in which you utilize BTCsurveys. BTCsurveys does not claim that the Platform will be perfect or bug-free. BTCsurveys also does not maintain that the service will be free from illegal and dangerous devices such as spy-ware or viruses. However, the administration does ensure that defects and harmful devices will be resolved/removed within full capacity of the team. BTCsurveys expressly disclaims all responsibility for any damages resulting from content or interactions within the system. These damages, applicable to both organizations and individuals include but are not limited to legal consequences, loss of reputation, and actual damages. This includes claims relating to broken Bitcoin transactions (mistyped address, etc.), forgotten or stolen login credentials, and other unauthorized third party conduct on the Platform.
You or your representative third-party agree to indemnify and hold BTCsurveys safe and free-of-harm from any expenses, losses or damages. This includes without limitation, all legal fees and attorney rates from damages affiliated with breach of account security, content posted by your account, interactions with other survey partners or connected to any facet of the platform.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of BTCsurveys, you waive the right to filing or participating in a class-action lawsuit against BTCsurveys, Belacam, Inc, Live Bela LLC, or The Ambia Fund LLC. You agree to settle all legal disputes via individual arbitration between BTCsurveys and the user. You may bring claims only on your own behalf. You will not participate in any class-action arbitration claims. You also agree not to participate in claims brought in a private attorney general or representative capacity, or consolidated claims involving another person's account, if BTCsurveys is a party to the proceeding. All claims must be brought to BTCsurveys within ninety (90) days of the original incident or conflict. After this time has passed, all individual arbitration claims are permanently barred and void.
hese Terms of Use are drafted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. The effective date of these Terms of Use is November 5th, 2019. Users may not be notified when changes are made.
